By creating a username and password, and accessing or using the 31 Months app, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules that we may implement in the future.

Bespoke Health LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners explicitly disclaim and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, injury, wrongful death, harm, or losses arising from your use of or reliance upon the app or its contents. By using the app, you unequivocally waive and release Bespoke Health LLC and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages related to your use of the app.

Bespoke Health LLC will not share your identifiable personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or court order.

 

You explicitly grant Bespoke Health LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to collect, analyze, retain, utilize, and sell aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data derived from your usage of the app, including but not limited to patterns observed between Vitality Scores, mood lifters, frequency of chats, and community engagement within the app. Such data will be fully de-identified and will not include any personally identifiable information or specific user content.

By accessing and utilizing the 31 Months app, you expressly agree to engage respectfully and responsibly with other users. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The app may contain features allowing user-generated content and peer interaction. You are solely responsible for any content you transmit, upload, or otherwise communicate through the app.

• There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, content or conduct that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise unlawful or offensive.

• Bespoke Health LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor communications and content submitted through the app. We may remove, block, or report any content, and suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in the event of any suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• You acknowledge that continued use of the app constitutes your ongoing agreement to these standards and to the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented upon registration and governs all interactions within the app environment.

You agree to promptly notify Bespoke Health LLC of any unauthorized use or suspected security breaches regarding your account. Bespoke Health LLC is not responsible for any loss or damages arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
